With over 24 years of experience, Niosha is a seasoned labor and employment lawyer. Known for her in-house legal background and expertise, she has a practical approach to implementing real, actionable solutions. Niosha’s record of driving measurable results has positioned her as a key leadership asset and trusted advisor for employee matters across industries. Her partnership style allows her clients to meet their core business objectives, while she leads the people aspect of their operations.
Niosha brings a rare, holistic perspective to workplace counsel, compliance, and investigations. She has conducted over 800 workplace investigations, trained countless internal investigators, and even testified multiple times as an expert witness regarding the legitimacy of workplace investigations and HR practices. Her reputation has awarded her the opportunity to serve as Co-Chair for the Advocacy Committee of Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).
In addition to her work at Clarus, Niosha is a seasoned human rights advocate with extensive pro bono background, concentrating on amnesty-related matters and women’s rights.
